Compliance with statutory obligations, in particular commercial and tax retention duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Operation, security and improvement of the platform on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Recipients and processors

To operate the platform we use carefully selected service providers – in particular for hosting, payment processing, email delivery and CAPTCHA protection. Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all recipients.
